TBS RS-1 (Rapid Setting-1)
TBS Emulsion RS 1 is specially designed water-based emulsion with low viscosity and fast setting time that makes it an ideal product for spray applications. It is chocolate brown in color and is free flowing liquid at ambient temperature. TBS Emulsion RS 1 is manufactured strictly as per IS 8887:2017

Applications
TBS Emulsion RS 1 is best suited for tack coat application.
Tack coat with TBS Emulsion RS 1 can be applied on bituminous surface, ages bituminous surface, primed bituminous surfaces and non-bituminous surfaces.
To Ensure Better Results
- Use without diluting Bitumen Emulsion with any solvent.
- Use at ambient temperature
- Roll the Bitumen Emulsion drums up to 5 times before using
